We cut out all unnecessary details, loud branding and fleeting trends, focusing only on pieces that fit well, feel soft and hold their shape through repeated wears and washes. Every item in our collection is carefully selected to work with what you already own at home, so building an outfit takes no extra effort.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing an order, or using any features and services provided on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence), and you fully agree to be bound by every clause set out in these Terms, along with all referenced policies including our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy published on our website. All product descriptions, images, size guides, material specifications and other content published on www.laniusshop.com are designed to present our quiet basic clothing pieces as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour, texture and finish may exist between the product you receive and the digital display on your device, due to different screen calibration settings that are outside of our technical control, and these minor differences do not qualify as a product defect. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all product stock levels displayed on our website are accurate, but occasional stock discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous multiple purchases of the same item.
All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in Euro (EUR), and include the applicable German Value Added Tax (VAT) for orders shipped to locations within the European Economic Area. A valid sales contract between you and LANIUS GmbH is only formed at the moment our order confirmation email is issued to you.
All payments for orders placed on our website must be completed via the authorised, secure payment methods that are clearly displayed on our checkout page. You confirm that you are the legal authorised holder of the payment card, digital wallet or payment account you use to complete the transaction, and all payment information you submit during checkout is accurate and valid. All payments are processed through industry standard encrypted payment gateways that comply with applicable European data protection and payment security regulations, and LANIUS GmbH will not store full sensitive payment card details on our local servers in compliance with anti-fraud and data protection rules.
If your payment is declined for any reason during the checkout process, our system will not automatically reserve the items in your shopping cart, and those items may become available to other customers. If we detect an unauthorised or fraudulent payment linked to your order, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the order, withhold shipment of the products, and notify relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary. No order will be dispatched from our Köln warehouse until full payment has been successfully confirmed and cleared by our payment processing provider.
In full compliance with the updated German B2C consumer protection regulations effective from June 19, 2026, all qualifying remote B2C orders for our quiet basic clothing products that carry a statutory 14-day cancellation right will be equipped with a fully compliant, prominently displayed “Vertrag widerrufen” (Cancel Contract) one-click revocation function that is easily accessible from every subpage of our website throughout the full statutory revocation period. To complete a revocation via this function, consumers only need to submit three mandatory pieces of information: their full name, the unique order number (contract identifier), and a valid contact email address. No extra mandatory form fields will be requested from you. After you confirm your revocation submission via the dedicated “Widerruf bestätigen” (Confirm Revocation) button, the system will immediately generate a timestamped revocation confirmation email and send it to your provided email address without unnecessary delay.
Consistent with our published Refund and Returns Policy, we strictly do not approve any standalone only-refund requests where you request a full or partial refund while retaining the purchased physical clothing item. All valid refund processes are strictly tied to the successful return of the corresponding purchased item back to our designated return processing address at Rolandstraße 63, 50677 Köln, Germany, with the item kept in its original unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Made-to-order customised items and clearly marked final-sale clearance items are not eligible for return or cancellation, in line with applicable German consumer law exemptions. All valid returns will be processed within 7 working days after we complete the inspection of your returned item.

These Terms of Service, together with our published Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy hosted on www.laniusshop.com, constitute the entire complete agreement between you and LANIUS GmbH, and supersede all prior oral or written understandings, agreements and negotiations related to your use of our website and the purchase of our minimalist clothing products.
